Warm Up:

Mobility/Skill:
After you write your goals/goats in your new “Square” pick one to work on!

Strength:
Deadlift (arrive early if you plan to get a strength set in)

WOD: 5 rounds NOT for time!
That’s right, NOT for time! Today it’s all about perfect execution. The pressure is off. Do the WOD at a comfortable pace. Sometimes rushing a deadlift can be disaster. Work at a pace that stills feels challenging.
100m sprint
10 burpees
10 deadlifts
10 wall ball sit ups
