Take the first 25 minutes of class to make up missed work, including the two-position snatch and clean and jerk; pull-ups; and/or dips.

STRETCH IT, DON’T WRECK IT
Yoga for CrossFitters will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Certified instructor Ann Van Patten will lead athletes through an hour of yoga, which will stretch and lengthen muscles. Take this time to mobilize and refocus. Bring a mat.
