A. Make up
Take the first 25 minutes of class to make up missed lifts, including the front squat on Tuesday and barbell complex on Wednesday.
B. Four rounds for time:
100-meter sprint
50 double-unders
20 dumbbell alternating reverse lunges (40/25) (10/side with dumbbells held at shoulder position)
