A. Group warmup

B. Front squat with tempo

Four sets of the following:

Front squat x 4-5 reps @ 4111

Rest 2:00 between sets

C. 3:00 AMRAP

3 bar muscle-ups

5 single-arm OH DB lunges (50/35) (5 consecutive right arm / 5 consecutive left arm – alternate legs with each rep)

7 burpees

Three rounds, resting 2:00 between each. Pick up where you leave off.
