B. Every 1:30 for three sets:

Glute hip bridges with barbell x 8-10 reps

Hamstring curls with band x 15-18

T2B x 5 strict + 10 kipping

C. Five sets for max calories/reps of:

30 seconds of Rowing (for max calories)

30 seconds of Rest

30 seconds of Burpees (for max reps)

Rest 2 minutes
