Daniel all day every day!

We do post about Daniel a lot. I mean. This kid started with us back in middle school (above shot). It’s been a joy to watch him grow over the years, and to have a community of coaches and members pour into this student athlete with wisdom, encouragement and support. Thanks to all of you, because it takes a village, Daniel is heading to college this week on a weightlifting scholarship. His final day on Maui is Wednesday, but Saturday, today, is our farewell workout for Daniel. Come to 8 a.m. to train one last time with our Baby Froning, who’s all grown up. We will have Donut Dynamite afterward to celebrate. We love you, Daniel!
