Double Under Overview followed by…

  • 10 sets of: 5 singles + 1 Double Under
  • 10 sets of: 3 singles + 1 Double Under
  • Tabata Double Unders
  • Timed set of 25 Double Unders

*Note what athletes get for this trial, 25 Reps should take no more than 25 seconds. Have athletes remember their score and use that number for the Metcon.*

  • 10 Kick Ups to HS Hold on a Wall
  • 0:30 Handstand Hold
  • 3 HSPU @50X1
  • 3 Strict HSPU
  • 3 Kipping HSPU
