Single-arm DB row x 6-8 / side

Side plank 0:45 / side

C. 20:00 EMOM

1) 100meter run or 150m row

2) 10 box jump-overs (24″/20″)

3) 15 SDHP with kettlebell (53/35)

4) 10 toes to bar
