Jenna tackling 19.3 while Kaika judges

A. Group warmup

B. In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible 

in 25 minutes of:

50 cals on assault bike

40 medball cleans

30 med ball sit ups

20 burpees over med ball

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Partners must complete each exercise before moving on, but reps can be partitioned any way.
