A. Warm-up: Coach’s choice

B. In teams of three 8:00 AMRAP (not for score, just a warm-up)

Partner 1: Farmers carry 100 meters with kettlebells

Partner 2 : Front plank

Partner 3 : Bike for calories

Switch after each farmers carry

C. 10 rounds

12/10 calories on bike (scale 12/10 row or 100 meter run)

8 wall balls (scale air squats)

6 DB snatch (50/35) (scale light DB hang snatch)

Rest 1:00 between rounds 

30 minute time cap
