Aloha Games team training from this past weekend. We have three teams signed up for the event which will take place Saturday, August 31st at Aloha CrossFit.

B. Take 15 minutes to build to your best set of ring rows, strict pull-ups or weighted pull-ups

C.  20:00 EMOM

1- 100 meter run

2- 5-10 strict pull-ups

3- 30-40 DUs

4- Wildcard (pick a movement to do for 0:30-0:45)
