B. HSPU

Take 15 minutes to work on strict HSPU, accumulating as many consecutive as you can. If you don’t have them, work on negatives, wall walks or seated DB presses

C. 25:00 with teams of two, alternate each exercise to complete full rounds and reps of the following:

10 DB box step-ups (load weak side with DB and step up only with weak leg) (24/20) (50/35)

12 single-arm alternating DB snatches (50/35)

5 toes-to-bar + 5 pull-ups

10/7 deficit handstand push-ups (45/25)

50-yard shuttle run
