A. Group warmup 

B. Every 2:00 for three rounds:

  1. 8-10 / side single leg RDL with KB
  2. 10-15 glute hip bridges
  3. Accumulate 1:00 in L-sit or tuck off parallettes, rings or bar

C.  For time:

50 alternating lunges

40/30 AB calories

30 box jump-overs (24/20)

20 strict pull-ups
