This week’s bonus challenge:

Perform a CrossFit movement in a private or public place.

The challenge is moving outside of the gym for the first and only time. Record on your phone (no nonphone editing allowed) a video of you performing a CrossFit movement in a private or public place. An example would be clean and jerking a bag of dog food into your grocery cart, or snatching your broom at home. Extra points may be given for public performances.

Film: Video may be no longer than 60 seconds

Participation: Up to two videos may be submitted per team for Kehau judging. Not everyone on team needs to participate, but everyone is encouraged to share ideas on group thread. Team captain will determine best single or double submission.

A. Group warmup: Coach’s choice

B. Three sets of:

Single leg RDL with KB x 8-12 / side

Bent-Over Supinated-Grip Barbell Row x 8 reps @ 2111

Crossover toes to bar x 10 reps (5/side)

C. 1:00 ME at each station:

  • AB for calories
  • supinated ring rows (with heels off box)
  • front rack barbell lunges
  • box jump-overs (24/20)
  • Glute hip bridges with DB (50/35)

Three rounds, resting 1:00 between rounds
