Todays workout is from Chyna and Freddy from GFY CrossFit. I tested it on Saturday and I was very humbled by the wall sit. Enjoy!

Goodmornings with PVC or broomstick

Pass throughs with PVC

Torso twists with PVC

Leg swings alternate legs every 2 swings (PVC for balance)

B. 3:00 max rep burpees

2:00 rest

3:00 wall sit

2:00 rest

2:00 max rep burpees

2:00 rest

2:00 wall sit

2:00 rest

1:00 max rep burpees

2:00 rest

1:00 wall sit

*At any break in the wall sit, perform 16 mountain climbers before returning to the wall sit position.

C. Every 2:30 for four sets

20 single arm DB rows (10/side)

20 bicep curls (5R/5L,5R,5L)
