Deadlift

Deadlift every 2 minutes for 5 sets:

1. 5 @ 40% of 1RM

2. 5 @ 50%

3. 5 @ 60%

4. 5 @ 65%

5. 5 @ 70%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15:00 AMRAP in teams of two, partition reps any way to complete the following:

400 meter run (each 50m is 1 rep)

50 double unders

40 alternating reverse lunges with KBs at either side (50/35)

30 strict sit-ups

20 deadlifts (225/155)

10 wall walks
