1. Single arm DB hang clean and jerk (50/35)

2. DB box step ups (24″/20″ 50/35)

3. Burpee over DB

4. Squat while holding one DB (50/35)

5. Single arm alternating DB renegade rows (50/35)*

*Renegade row: In high plank, row R, slide DB over to L then row
