EMOM x 8 minutes at 55-60% of 1RM front squat
Odd minutes: 10 back squats
Even minute: 5 front squats
C. Seven rounds for time:
8 burpees over DB
6 single arm DB OHS (50/35) (3/side) sub 6 goblet squats
2/1 ring muscle ups (sub 2/1 strict pull-ups and dips)
1:00 rest between rounds
