Hero WOD today! August 11
Day three of our week of benchmark WODs. Great efforts so far! Loving how you guys are getting into these workouts!
Warm up: Check the white board when you arrive and get on it!
Strength: Wendler Deadlift Day! Pull out your charts and follow those numbers. Remember, this is a program of patience. Go all out on your last set unless it’s a deload week. Don’t try to load the bar and go for a new PR.

Everyday this week we are doing either a Hero WOD or a Girls Named WOD. BUT remember…. we scale for all levels! Regardless whether you are doing them at RX or a scaled version, these workouts are the greatest way to measure your progress. And they are FUN!!
