THREE’S A CHARM FOR FRONING
Rich Froning Jr. earned the title of “The Fittest Man in the World” with his third consecutive win at the Reebok CrossFit Games in Carson, Calif., on Sunday. Samantha Briggs won for the women. We have exciting photos from our time at the Games, but the hotel Internet isn’t cooperating. Can’t wait to get home and tell you all about it. Next year: CFUM field trip!

The StubHub Center (formerly Home Depot Center) in Carson, Calif., has been taken over by the fittest people on the planet. No joke, we should’ve trained to be spectators. Everyone is amazingly cut, super cordial and content just to be watching our everyday heroes, the CrossFit Games athletes, pull off some superhuman feats. Hope you’re watching the coverage at home! Can’t wait to fill you in on it all when we get home.
