Reminder: Saturday Nutrition Series #3 with Kinsey, 8:30 AM There will be no 8:30 AM class due to the lecture.

Besides a really good reason to drink hot cocoa in Hawaii, the rain always brings rainbows to UpCountry Maui. Here Kristina uses the rays to power her through 100 chest to bar pull ups during Friday’s WOD.

In the three weeks that Jonathan has been here he has transformed our box. We are extremely grateful and will anxiously await his return (cuz he IS coming back!) Mahalo Jonathan for the awesome coaching!
